I have gone into my Ko-fi Page and turned off Membership tiers. This is part of my transitioning away from Ko-fi as a service.
If you need the full story as to why I’m switching, check out this post. Also, Ko-fi had gotten hacked nearly a month ago as of this post. So it’s time I make my own memberships.
Which, if you want to continue to see behind-the-scenes sketches of comics pages, early webcomic updates, and member-exclusive posts and discounts, you can join on the new Memberships page!
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR CURRENT MEMBERS
First, for those of you who have made the switch from Ko-fi to my site – thank you! You’re good to go.
If you’re still a member through Ko-fi, your membership is still active. I have NOT gone in to cancel them. All I did was turn my Ko-fi memberships page off, so that there are no new sign-ups.
However, I will no longer be posting behind-the-scenes comics, blog posts, or art on Ko-fi. Those will be posted on this website instead.
Whether you are on Ko-fi or on my website, you will still be receiving my special members-only newsletter on Mondays, and you will still receive special shop discounts and crowdfunding perks.
I haven’t picked a solid exit date for leaving Ko-fi permanently yet. There are other things I need to take care of before August, so those are taking priority.
Just wanted to give everybody a heads up! Thank you for your understanding and support.
You. Are. Awesome.
